9.00am Head to work
- Pick up junkie phone
- Leave the house
6.30pm Work switchoff
- When getting ready to leave the office, look at my habits and see what i didn’t manage to do yet today
- Learn Spanish for 15 mins
- Cook dinner
10.00pm Wind down
- Change into sleepwear
- Go to the bathroom
- Brush teeth
- Put in retainer
- Wash face
